How do I use the PushPads™?

First, remove the protective film. (Keep it and don't throw it in the trash.)
Make sure your hands and chest are free of creams or oil.

Make sure the thicker padding is at the bottom.
For the best possible push effect, it is also essential that the pads are as far out as possible to achieve the best effect and that they do not stick out in the outfit.

STEP 3
Now pull the top forward with one hand and tuck the pad from the outside to your chest as far as it will go.
Then, using your chest, press the pad nicely toward the center and upward. -
STEP 4
Finally, stick your top to the nipple covers and pull it smooth so that no wrinkles are visible in the top.

Ideally, the pads should fit as shown in the picture, which will give you the greatest lifting and pushing effect.
